well...
I guess i've been a little lazy on the updates lately...but it is exam time...booo!
I've been on accutane now for just over a month. I think it is making a difference, but i don't want to speak to soon of course. My skin is definetly more normal...ie. WAY less oily - its actually pretty amazing, though my lips are SUPER dry, which sucks - but i can deal. The big things are my hair...my scalp is super dry, and the dry weather definetly doesn't help any - and my nose likes to bleed at the worst times...in class, though luckily it stops A LOT faster than it used to whenever i got hit with a basketball in the face - thank goodness!
I absolutely hate the monthly blood/pregnacy test though...well actually just the pregnancy test, b/c i definetly can't pee in a cup on demand (prolly more detail than you wanted to know, but tough), the blood test is fine, i just have to fast for 12 hours, so i just go in the morning.
Classes are now done, and i have 3 exams until 2nd year is DONE...ahhh!!! it's crazy, i feel old. Hopefully, this is the half way point. It should be as long as i didn't bomb any exams (*cough* physiology *cough*...no, it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't awesome either), but i don't find out until the end of june if i got into OT, so fingers and toes crossed for that one.
on another note, i haven't been this confused in a long time. I won't give any details, you can assume what you want. Chris (yea bad i know) was up here this weekend, and we ended up going for dinner, which was delicious, and he paid no less (free food is even better, plus it was good company, no matter what any of you think). We ended up getting slurpees on the way back to (I'm assuming) to drop me off. He accidently spilled some of his in his car (going around a corner), and so he came up to get some paper towels, and ended up on the couch after the 6 flights of stairs. We talked for a while, and he ended up staying till close to 11. he was supposed to be working at 5 the next morning (back in calgary), and would have just stayed up here (rather than make the drive dead tired), but since he lives back with his parents, he couldn't think of a good excuse of why he wouldn't be home, and his mom would apparetnly flip out. so yes...people have been asking now if we are dating, or if things will happen, and i really wish i knew. there is definetly potential for it, cuz there was still some definete attraction on both parts (his and mine), and being back in the same city would make it easier. really though, i'm not getting any hopes up (well, maybe a little).
on a totally different note - I CAN'T WAIT FOR SUMMER!!!! being back at annies for may and june will be awesome, and then CAMP!! woot woot - its going to be awesome. though i have to take this canoeing course (so that im more knowledgeable/capable of teaching kids). i think it will be benefical for sure, but its a whole weekend, back in deadmonton...though they provide food (hopefully not gross) and somewhere to stay, which is a bonus. it could be fun - especially if cascader comes with me!!! (and as long as the weather doesn't suck!)
hmmm, what else - i guess i will be back in cowtown on the 30th...so start planning things!!! oh and to jacqui and kristen - have a blast at the dinner dance!!! do you know when quincy's is yet, and are you guys going??? cuz we definetly should!
